      The ability to work from home, trainers, and co workers.

      Cons

      Management is horrible!!!!! Make their own rules, constantly berating employees, and micromanaging. VERY Hostile and degrading work environment!!!

      Pros

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
