Pros
Exari had an excellent culture and folks approached things with a "start-up state of mind." The product was very strong and development was led by some brilliant people. Even though contract management isn't the most exciting field, there was a tangible feeling that we were part of something big and at the forefront of an expanding industry.
Cons
The company's "mentality of frugality" meant that you may have to make due without certain resources (i.e. lower headcount).
