Pros

None is applicable to this company.

Cons

Management was non-existent, management doesn't respond to emails unless emailed multiple times. There were several times where I cc'd the President just to get a response. I had to pester management to get an annual review. As a contractor, I worked at a federal office day to day and was given a lot of praise from the office and people I worked with, none of that was not taken into account when doing my annual review. When I asked if my performance would determine my raise, I was told it wouldn't. I was employed with Exceed during the December-January 2019 shutdown and we were not permitted to work, which meant we didn't get any pay. There was an Exceed employee that was kept on after threatening a federal employee, was rude and belligerent and nothing was done about them. It took months after the incidents for the employee to finally be fired.

Pros

Good company to work for. Great CEO, who is both open and involved with company staff's personal and professional matters. Able to reach other departments for assistance with minimal issues. The environment is calm, non-overbearing, and work goal-focused.

Cons

May have 1 or 2 employees who may lack communication skills but that is subjective.

Pros

Amazing workers Wonderful clients Non-profit

Cons

- Location since for IT you have to drive to all locations which there are 7 within inland empire. - When I was IT I was the only IT. It was great for learning how to do things but a team of IT (even just one more person) would have been great. Maybe not enough issues for two people though.
