Business Outlook
Pros
I liked the company culture — it was a small organization where people were well connected, and many employees had been there for years, which created a strong sense of community. Promotions were fairly attainable, and the company genuinely cared about its employees.
Cons
Some meetings often felt unnecessary, and the benefits declined over time. Because the company relied heavily on government projects, it became vulnerable during political shifts and had to go through major layoffs. Management often talked about big plans, but it wasn’t always clear if they truly achieved them beyond celebrating at annual meetings. They also tended to value seniority more than actual ability.
