What I truly appreciate is the level of trust and ownership given here, I’ve been part of architecture discussions, handled client communications, and led critical decisions as a Senior React Native Developer, which made me feel like a true contributor to the company's growth rather than just someone writing code. I've also had privileged to work with overseas clients on site at their location.
Cons
I've always seen myself in a better position, whenever I came across urgency. Usually, people argue for their work life balance where I always see those urgency as an opportunities. Having said that, in my view there is no such cons in the company. It just that we have to change our view in this competitive era.
