      ->Flexible working hours ->Good HRs, but they have zero control

      Cons

      ->Cheap management ->HR has zero control, everything is managed by family members ->Sandwich policy ->Office politics ->Cheap management ->No professionalism ->HR policy is designed for the company's favor, mostly all the TLs & PM have worst reputation as a professional

      Great company for learning and career growth. Started here as an intern and gained hands-on experience in PHP, Node.js, React, APIs, and real-time projects. Supportive team and helpful seniors helped me grow into a developer role.
