There WAS fantastic culture and awesome people in the Phoenix region, we had a very good thing going.
Cons
New CEO read a book and destroyed the company.
Culture gone, firing or laying off the top performing employees to leave their workload to the bottom 30%.
Cornering people into poor positions in order to get out of paying severance and benefits out when they fire you “for cause.”
Losing sister company relationships over greed, that paid all the bills.
You should have seen my eNPS survey. There are simply not enough words in the dictionary to explain how much of a downward spiral this company is in.
Compared to the other 500 MSPs in Arizona, the pay is pretty low. I was making around 25-30% less than the average for my role and responsibilities.
You will also get overloaded on tickets if you’re in help desk, to the point you burn out and quit within months.
The only reason this isn’t 1 stars across the board is because I love my people in AZ.
