Pros
After coming from another staffing agency where staff were constantly battling for sales revenue, backstabbing each other and being belittled by management Executrade seemed too good to be true. The tenure of employees here speaks for itself. I can attest that the management and staff live and breath the core values everyday. Work life balance is put above revenue and everyone is supportive of each others success. Everyone is given the tools that they need to be successful. As with any fast paced and competitive industry, you are only as successful as the effort that you put into it. The diverse group of Recruiters, Account Executives, Coordinators and Management all work together for the common goal, finding the right fit for our clients and candidates. I was brought on in a role that wasn’t right for me. Instead of letting me walk away Kelly worked with me to find a role where I would excel and I couldn’t be happier. She values every employee and what they bring to the collective team. The compensation package is fair and you aren’t expected to work every waking hour. I’ve met such amazing people here who I look up to both professionally and personally. Executrade is an amazing place to come to work everyday!
Cons
The only con that I have seen in my time with Executrade is that some underperforming and toxic employees are given too many chances before being let go. Management tries to see the best in people and sometimes this can keep a negative person in the organization much longer than they should be.
