Cons
Since the beginning of 2023, the company has changed a lot, one big guy down, no backup plan (because it’s so disorganized), structure become messy, management still fixing it until today. Laying off become new normal, I have been here more than 4 years, this year is the first time I experience laying off people because of various reasons (which is made up just to justify the layoff situation) aside from serious issue eg, internal fraud. Poor management caused casualties. Too much bureaucratic especially C-level management, which influenced the lower level who has connections to hold so much ego verbally abusing whoever below them. Rising of fear within the company, scared if being laid off not because of poor performance but because afraid to be stepping the wrong foot.
