Everyone is from India, insurmountable cultural wall. Everyone has worked there since leaving school, huge cultural wall for a senior level position. One client for 15 years, where the relationship is India cultural connection. If you’re not from India there is no road to employment success here. Young inexperienced appointed leads are culturally bound together resisting any new influence. Avoid if you’re not from India and under 35.

Pays well, flexible schedule, operates like a startup.

Absolutely no org chart, it's the CEO and everyone else. HR is his wife, who's barely in the office. 99% of the staff is offshore. There is major cultural bias/preference.
