      Pros

      Good client, decent pay, progressive work, hybrid remote work.

      Cons

      Everyone is from India, insurmountable cultural wall. Everyone has worked there since leaving school, huge cultural wall for a senior level position. One client for 15 years, where the relationship is India cultural connection. If you’re not from India there is no road to employment success here. Young inexperienced appointed leads are culturally bound together resisting any new influence. Avoid if you’re not from India and under 35.

      Pays well, flexible schedule, operates like a startup.

      Cons

      Absolutely no org chart, it's the CEO and everyone else. HR is his wife, who's barely in the office. 99% of the staff is offshore. There is major cultural bias/preference.

      The work atmosphere is so stupendous Give us immense support for upgrading our skills Everyone is friendly and down-to-earth regardless of their designation Conduct "Fun time" every week (while in office) which helps to give more bonding between employees
