      - People manager was super supportive. Everyone in the company was helpful and respectful towards one another - Office was nice and cosy - great work-life balance, no micromanagement (at least for my chapter/department)

      - I enjoy the work I do - My colleagues are friendly and the atmosphere is very international - Low company politics - High opportunity for personal growth as long as you put in effort

      Cons

      - It's a really high output/fast-paced working environment. Not a downside for me personally, but not suitable everyone. Come here if you're willing to challenge yourself!
