-Working with colleagues who are flexible and open to change -Talented people of different cultures and backgrounds -Good managers (no micromanagers) -no politics (amazing!) -well-stocked pantry -nice office environment -autonomy to work -freedom of speech -working in an agile, face-paced environment

Cons

-no major cons as far as now, just that you need to adapt to our unique culture and processes.

- I enjoy the work I do - My colleagues are friendly and the atmosphere is very international - Low company politics - High opportunity for personal growth as long as you put in effort

Cons

- It's a really high output/fast-paced working environment. Not a downside for me personally, but not suitable everyone. Come here if you're willing to challenge yourself!
