Known brand and company has good position on the market; Solid trainings program and plenty of chances to learn new and experiment; No overtime - close your laptop at 5, forget about work until 9 next day; 13th salary;
Cons
Salary is way below market; Promotions simply don't exist; Severely understaffed after mass layoffs and further quitting; Inflexible in decision making - a lot of existing problems could be resolved with some creativity; Call-center type building removed from any infrastructure; No company culture, no respect to employees; No ADV
