Co-workers are friendly and collaborative not to mention these folks have a lot of fun! There are many opportunities to hang out and get to know folks you may not work directly with which is so important for when a project may expand into other departments. Everyone works hard and there is much respect given to those that uphold our values which is at the core of our company culture.

The main challenge that I face, is the difficulty connecting with co-workers/team members located in different offices and time zones. No one's fault, it's just a fact that comes with being a global company.

Worked with some good and talented people and the team itself was the best part.

Before the acquisition, the environment was positive and people felt motivated. After the acquisition, everything changed, layoffs started happening, and the vibe became really toxic. No clear direction from leadership. Goals keep changing and employees are left confused about priorities or what’s expected of them. There’s a lot of favoritism people who are close to the bosses get more opportunities and freedom, while others are constantly monitored.
