Pros
I had great coworkers and kids to teach so it made the low wage and unconventional management worth it. It was nice that it was quite flexible too, but this is branch dependent.
Cons
Much less training than what the kids deserved, especially those with special learning needs. Management and business side was a bit too laxed, and slow to recruit more staff based on growing number of student intake. However, they do decently respond and take into account staff feedback. Again, this is specific to the branch I was working in.
