      Pros

      The students were very welcoming and most of the staff was as well

      Cons

      The management was poor, I was left there alone with the kids on multiple occasions which I should not have been.

      Pros

      Application process was quick and easy. The pay is rather nice for a college student looking to make some extra money. Everyone is extremely willing to help. Students are smart and well behaved.

      Cons

      The work load is humanly impossible. They want you to grade four 5 paragraph essays, check over 2 full workbook pages per student, proctor a spelling test, assist student in prewriting for their next essay, AND answer their questions all in under an hour. There is no possible way a teacher can be effective given the expected work load and time frame. Management is terrifying.

      Pros

      When I was working at Eye Level, I enjoyed working with the children and talking to potential customers. The work environment was energetic at most times and it was pretty flexible according to my needs.

      Cons

      I thought that Eye Level Learning Center was an incredibly disorganized company. I think the specific franchise that I worked at was to blame for it because the management did not really look like they knew what they were doing.
