A lot. Management don't know what they are doing, the divide between the Carlsbad and Newcastle office, unrealistic expectations, pushing staff to breaking point, unrealistic expectations, lying by saying people have flexible working but then made to feel bad when they work from home, no proper training, a product that doesn't work properly and when things go wrong there is no support. the list goes on but this gives you an idea.
