      Values-led, innovative, fantastic industry. Small enough that everyone can still "know (almost) everyone,"but big enough for career development/variety

      Cons

      Speed valued over absolute perfection. Not a bad thing, but sometimes leads to re-work.

      The people and company culture used to be great.

      Company was sold and everything went down hill. No room for growth.
