Pros

Farfetch provide good computer to work and the office is nice and offer some benefits, like hybrid work, lunch in the office and just that.

Cons

It seems like it's every man for himself, in certain teams the day-to-day is a chaos, people going to Burnout are not recognized, vague feedback, non-assertive management. Managers normally is not up-to-date with the culture, mainly around the be human . People team sell FF as great culture, but when we are inside it, the things are the opposite. we need to understand the game so as not to be misunderstood. If you're poorly evaluated, they fire you, because in certain clusters they don't want an action plan. depending on your team, managers don't care if we're feeling good or not, they get results and beat until they have them.
