Pros
There's a twenty word minimum for this section and I honestly can't fill it with Pros. The parties aren't bad but the "culture crew" is completely out of touch with what the staff would want.
Cons
Unresponsive management, arrogant, self centered on one hand the other half have been there 20 - 30 years and are waiting to retire and could care less about the work.
