      Systematic procedure for work. Well documentation management for every customer.

      Cons

      No bonus. Incentives based on VIP. Even if you hit 90% kpi job, they will still tell you only get 50% as Sales no good

      Pros

      FCS is a great company where give their employees' great career path. FCS invests in training and values their employee voice. My supervisor and my team were my great support and made my every day happy.

      Pros

      Only pros I can find would be the actual employees are nice people in an unfortunate situation.

      Cons

      The owner. He is a person who thrives on putting others down while talking himself up. He calls people stupid or dumb. Pays very low and expects you to treat others like they are below you. The work is chaotic and no systems in place for advancement.
