Lots of opportunity to learn from in-house experts in quant finance and software development, great work/life balance, performance driven culture focused on getting results rather than just logging time.
Cons
Tasks are not always straightforward, and require initiative and creative approaches. Management is not interested in micro-managing so unless you are driven, seeking challenges, and looking for ways to make a difference it might not be a good fit.
