Pros

Finn has impressive clients and some of the staff are nice.

Cons

Pay for lower-level employees is not enough/incredibly low. The culture is very "everyone for themselves." No real appreciation for lower-level employees especially. Many of the senior-level people take advantage of lower-level employees and play into unnecessary drama/hold grudges (very unprofessional). Because everyone is out for themselves, people come off as haughty and braggy. The statements around DEI seem fake and just something to put on their website rather than things they actually believe. My experience here was stressful and embodied the saying "a few apples can spoil the whole bunch." It seems like Peter and other higher-ups do have a good vision, but the larger team as a whole does not play into that positive vision but has very little accountability for their inappropriate and sometimes abusive behavior.

Pros

Prioritizes work-life balance and enormous openness to feedback.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth (I was part of a team that had no promotions in 6+ years, despite the fact that all of them are amazing), DEI façade to "pretend" they're part of a progressive movement (I'm nonbinary, I said this in my application and interview process, and literally no one ever used my correct pronouns, especially my manager who I talked about this with several times), and there's a lot of chaos that folks simply accept as a fact of life rather than something to grow from and improve. There's simply no desire to collaborate for growth—literally one of the most dysfunctional places I've worked at.
