Pros

Hybrid working available and and WFH allowance

Cons

This company is a masterclass in how not to manage people. Beneath the polished exterior is a toxic workplace culture that thrives on micromanagement, bullying, and passive-aggressive leadership. Bullying is not only tolerated, it’s enabled by a management team. There is no real support for junior staff, and those who ask for guidance are often made to feel like a burden. Feedback is rarely constructive and often feels like criticism disguised as “mentorship.” The lack of structure, chaotic onboarding, and complete absence of meaningful training reflect how little the company invests in its people. It’s an environment that quickly wears you down and makes you question your competence, not because you’re underperforming, but because the culture is designed to undermine confidence. I would strongly advise others to think twice before accepting a role here.

Pros

Prioritizes work-life balance and enormous openness to feedback.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth (I was part of a team that had no promotions in 6+ years, despite the fact that all of them are amazing), DEI façade to "pretend" they're part of a progressive movement (I'm nonbinary, I said this in my application and interview process, and literally no one ever used my correct pronouns, especially my manager who I talked about this with several times), and there's a lot of chaos that folks simply accept as a fact of life rather than something to grow from and improve. There's simply no desire to collaborate for growth—literally one of the most dysfunctional places I've worked at.
