Bullying is not only tolerated, it’s enabled by a management team. There is no real support for junior staff, and those who ask for guidance are often made to feel like a burden. Feedback is rarely constructive and often feels like criticism disguised as “mentorship.” The lack of structure, chaotic onboarding, and complete absence of meaningful training reflect how little the company invests in its people.
