Unprofessional Management - Press Jogger FISHER PRINTING Employee Review

Pros

I don't have anything to say

Cons

There is a concerning trend in the behavior of upper management. There seems to be a lack of accountability at the leadership level, which often trickles down to the rest of the team. When mistakes are made, rather than focusing on solutions or supporting employees through the learning process, management is quick to assign blame, issue write-ups, and sometimes even terminate employees without clear reasoning. This creates an environment of fear and instability, and leads to a high employee turnover rate. Everyone makes mistakes, but a more constructive approach to handling them could foster growth and a healthier work culture. It's disappointing to see such high turnover, and I believe the company could benefit greatly from more professional, accountable leadership."

Pros

>They will probably hire you. >It is money! >I took this job because I read on here if you can last a few months it's good to get entry-level experience. I couldn't make it that long.

Cons

>Underpaid. Like, they posted the position for a low wage and then they offered me lower. >HR always wanted to text me and wasn't very helpful when I had issues. >"we're a family business" as in a dysfunctional, abusive family >employees all seemed to hate their jobs the moment I got there. Really weird power trips in my department about who was and wasn't promoted. Super hostile towards one another. >Not a safe environment for LGBTQ+ employees, especially genderqueer. >Wanted me to work way longer than what I was told at job offer, was basically brought on to do multiple people's jobs. >They actually hired me to do a different job than what they offered me.
