Pros
The projects are very interesting. Your co-workers can also be interesting but sometimes they're a bit forlorn. The pay and benefits are excellent.
Cons
Well, everyone seems a bit down. Its very stressful for some reason. There were many situations that were quite dangerous for no reason due to inexperience of workers, poor planning, and lack of adequate leadership. I was a bit offended to be in competition for a lead position with someone whom I had over a decade more relevant experience. It's kind of disappointing to still be promoting lads simply because they're lads. The tools are not well maintained (see--lack of experience). While I was working there they were constantly machining MDF on the CNC machines with no dust collection and sanding Corian with no dust collection. There was no cleaning protocol. Mandatory overtime at a moment's notice.
