      Creative projects. Good Pay. That's it.

      Cons

      Deceptive company. No real substance to their marketing. It's just a bunch of flashy words and images. Poor working conditions. Abusive culture. No upward accountability.

      Fabrication crew are great people

      Cons

      Lack of knowlandgle management. They come across as having high clients but your working on projects that are based on handshake and conversation deals and nothing solid. Upper management do not know what they are doing so you wont get the proper guidance nor experience you need.
