      Networking opportunities with healthcare providers throughout the state.

      Cons

      Petty, punitive rules and regulations . Employees were encouraged to report each other to management for dress code violations, eating at one's desk (the former CEO abolished the break room and turned it into filing), etc. Hostile work environment with zero growth potential.

      Pros

      Compassionate management who appreciate their employees. Even during tuff times my manager made sure we were well informed and tried their best to take care of us.

      Cons

      Being a federal contract, work can be unpredictable. But there is a lot of opportunity to move within the company onto different contracts.

      Benefits, Fellow employees, Location Working Hours

      Cons

      Non existent executive leadership from Tampa and AZ office. "Directors" mistreat "staff" Toxic environment. Decisions based on people who are liked and "approved" by "upper management" HR is of no assistance to employees, too busy buttering up.
