Pros

People, where I am contracted to, are nice.

Cons

Benefits and leave policies are horrible. No year-end bonus and no profit sharing, and no holiday parties. No raise, no promotion, and no future at this company. No paid snow days or delays, they will make you either use PTO or make up the missing hours. There is an 100hr policy where they force you to use at least 100hr every year of PTO or you will lose the hr. Once you earned up to 56hr of sick hr during the year, it stops accumulating. During the coronavirus closures, they are not paying us and only allowed us to use up to 40hr of PTO. We will also lose health insurance at the end of the month (March). Avoid at all cost.
