      The only benefit probably is offering a working visa.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management. Depressing working environment. 45 working hours per week, no extra payment. If you work as BDM or account manager for this company, congratulations! You will also be sales, product manager, key keeper, warehouse worker for this company too! Many things don't make sense, the boss only thinks what's best for herself.
