Pros

Can apply work visa, but with a lot condition. Direct report manger is good person and assist me a lot, but not MD.

Cons

1. They can apply work visa. But, you have to pay minimum 50% to 100% of your visa application + solicitor fee. 2. They applied visa in one category, but giving you different work contract in different job category, which is illegal. 3. When I accepted offers and joined this company. They reduce my salary on day 1. 4. This is not FSP Group branch office. It is just a trading company. 5. The manager doesn't respect to her employee. She always treat you as an idiot and always trying to cut your sales bonus. 6. too many to say.....STRONG NOT RECOMMEND.

Pros

Cannot find one if you can work in UK legally

Cons

You need to fully understand labour law… HR will tell you your annual leave entitle after you pass probation not from the start date. And you will need to prove it yourself. Beware what you sign, you are not getting a copy. Boss don’t appreciate employee
