FSTI is a family business that carries Family Values. Not only are you working with awesome people, they will have your back anytime that you run into any issues. Plus.... they have a stocked kitchen with snacks! (Who doesn't like free snacks?!)
Cons
As with all jobs, there's always going to be a con. I would say the manager that I had at the time I was employed was my biggest complaint. But, as the Company stands for, they realized that there was problems and the manager is no longer with the Company.

Decent money. Great home/work balance for a loader/ driver. District/Regional manager is great
Cons
Communication at the corporate level and with dispatch was always the weakest link, and created 90 percent of all issues. Better coorporate management and dispatch would improve the company tremendously.
