      Great balance and pay, but weak communication issues

      Pros

      Decent money. Great home/work balance for a loader/ driver. District/Regional manager is great

      Cons

      Communication at the corporate level and with dispatch was always the weakest link, and created 90 percent of all issues. Better coorporate management and dispatch would improve the company tremendously.

      Guaranteed pay, home every night. Great local people who load you.

      Cons

      No communication. Always on call and the hours are never the same. No room for advancement. Health insurance is expensive. Nobody wants to fix issues brought to them.
