-Some people at Fujifilm are kind, approachable, helpful and friendly. -There are many challenges with minimal resource support however it gives you the opportunity for self growth depending on your situation -At times, flexibility to work from home is allowed

-Japanese and Australian upper management completely disconnected from their employees. More concerned with the bottom line and their titles than the people who work for them in a very obvious way. -Very political, very much an in and out club mentality -Management have no focus on employee engagement or retention. Lose talented staff quite often - Limited Career path and lack of overall vision. Company still stuck in the past -Excessive hours expected with no compensation or concern for employee well being
