Pros
Its easy to take off even at the last minute. You can work extra to make up for it. Benefits are nice, dental and vision included for family. 80hrs of vacation time per year! Its a good entry level start.
Cons
HR doesn't listen to any concerns. Senior staff members abuse their positions. High turn over rate for new employees. Low pay for the amount of extra work, much of which is personal preferences vs actual reason. Patients are allowed to abuse staff and make discriminating remarks without behavioral corrections.
