Pros

Have been with the company a few years now, and have watched senior management keep upping their game. This has been a big inspiration to push myself to raise the bar on my own work. Also exciting to see some of the newer things we're doing really take off and open up all sorts of new projects and challenges. I love coming to work and being able to learn and be useful at the same time. That's what I've always been able to do here.

Cons

Bigger projects can really be demanding on time.

Pros

A very enthusiastic team, everybody is passionate about their work and loves to come into work with an open mind. They gave us meaningful work that often required learning something new or thinking critically about the problem or subject at hand, rather than receiving the typical "busy" intern work. Our opinions and comments were often taken into consideration, and I felt that I was part of the FanBridge team, not just as an intern! 100% recommend, as an intern and as a full-time employee.

Cons

Unpaid, but you get a lot out of it.

Pros

When I was at FanBridge, the biggest pro was the culture. The people that you worked with were fun and enjoyable to be around. It was a good team.

Cons

During my time at FanBridge there were multiple rounds of layoffs and forced paycuts due to lack of funding. The company had eyes bigger than its stomach and it was hard to see people being forced to leave because of poor financial planning.

We appreciate the feedback, and we definitely did go through some tough times a few years ago when we grew really fast and then had to realign our team and part ways with some people. That said, we are profitable now and stronger than we've ever been (with much better focus), so fortunately those days are long behind us.
