      Pros

      Great providers and MAs.

      Cons

      Horrible management. New management is WAY worse than the previous. Takes no accountability and has zero integrity. HR is a joke. They have no answers or explanations. Every question is evaded to avoid admitting any mistake. So the standard response this will get to email HR is also a joke. I have done that and guess what... no response. High turnover in staff because of poor management. Stop bullying and lying to your employees.

      Pay is good. Benefits are good for CE. Average for insurance.

      Cons

      Working at Fastmed is like changing companies all under the same name. Constantly changing policies and staff. Directive now is wellness and this means dipping into niche areas like weight loss and hormones, feels more like a med spa than a legit medical practice. This company is solely run on market speculation and has no senior medical oversight because they do not want anyone to push back. It's healthcare Wild West scenario. Everyone is bracing
