Pros

OK pay. Most people in the clinics are good workers.

Cons

Most of management knows little to nothing about medicine. Those that work in the home office are constantly coming up with busy work and stupid little tasks to do that make no difference to patient care. Practice managers aren't allowed to really be managers; lots of micromanaging going on. Management expects you to just smile, bend over and take it from abusive patients. EMR sucks. The company expands too fast and is terribly understaffed. Management with no medical knowledge tries to tell providers how to practice medicine. Employees expected to be at work regardless of how sick they are, death of close relatives, highly dangerous road conditions, etc. Management obviously cares nothing about the well being or job satisfaction of their employees.

Pros

Great providers and MAs.

Cons

Horrible management. New management is WAY worse than the previous. Takes no accountability and has zero integrity. HR is a joke. They have no answers or explanations. Every question is evaded to avoid admitting any mistake. So the standard response this will get to email HR is also a joke. I have done that and guess what... no response. High turnover in staff because of poor management. Stop bullying and lying to your employees.

Pros

Better pay Great clinic set up

Cons

They want you to see a patient in less than 5 minutes. They only provide 1 medical assistant to help you see patients(she also does the X-ray). Providers have no autonomy. Also I’m a 12 hour day you will not eat or drink!
