Their idea of Sexual Harassment training is showing clips/photos from the show the Office, which I thought was funny and ironic until I was sexually harassed by a member of management and HR did NOTHING about it.
HR was provided with text message, email, and Skype history proof of the harassment. Fastmore's idea of solving the issue was giving the person 3 days paid leave while an 'investigation' was conducted.
At the end of said 'investigation' the manager was brought back and was told to give me a 'formal' apology in person and continue as normal as though nothing had happened. I was forced and expected to interact with this person business as usual.
There is no work/life balance with people there working 60-70 hours a week killing themselves for an at will company that has and does terminate people without warning.
