- pretty good product - opportunities to learn if you know where to ask - overall people are friendly and helpful - full fridges all week long + free lunches on Fridays
Cons
- weak management - lack of communication across teams - propaganda of good culture - "Featurespace family" led by commercial people is just a cover for dirt no one wants to own; they also think they are awesome which makes you sick - long hours especially if you work in technology - "we will succeed at all cost mindset" felt like being on a sinking boat at times - sales and data science get all the credit
