Tricky. They begrudge paying relevant salaries. I think they still believe people should feel grateful that they have a job!
Very outdated product.
They're being out gunned by every single competitor in the space and have given nobody any idea how they plan on turning that around. Probably because they genuinely don't know themselves.
No idea when it comes to their staffs welfare or care either. Many senior leaders were bullied out by the existing SLT and replaced with some very uninspiring "room meat" (the thick of it!) Who have zero experience in the space.
In the end, it just became a genuinely oppressive place to work. Success is not recognised and absolutely not appreciated, zero communication or effective decision making and an absolute lack of clarity, structure or vision.
Oh, and no strategy or north star goal. Nothing. How can you run a business with no strategy? The fact they are is actually impressive!
Theres lots more. I would say, if you're reading this and thinking of working there, I would suggest other opportunities.
