Where to even begin - the CEO likes to be surrounded by “yes” men and likes to talk big. At the end of the day, the buck doesn’t stop with him. During bear market, multiple quiet layoffs happened because of incomprehensible decisions made over the preceding months by management and CEO. Guess who got fired at the end of the day? Yes no one from the management but the junior managers. - If you see employee retention and satisfaction being mentioned, know that those are practically buzzwords and they don’t mean it. - the rest of the leadership are also incompetent. Micromanagement and poor communication are the rules of the land. Do yourself a favor and please do not waste your time and effort applying here.
