During bear market, multiple quiet layoffs happened because of incomprehensible decisions made over the preceding months by management and CEO. Guess who got fired at the end of the day? Yes no one from the management but the junior managers. - If you see employee retention and satisfaction being mentioned, know that those are practically buzzwords and they don’t mean it. - the rest of the leadership are also incompetent. Micromanagement and poor communication are the rules of the land. Do yourself a favor and please do not waste your time and effort applying here.

- the 2-3 new reviews detailing fetch is the “place to be” are hilariously out of touch with reality. They popped up mysteriously after a scathing but truthful anonymous review. Therefore consider the opposite of any glowing reviews left here. - management and HR are non-existent. It’s a paradise for micro-management. - products are non-existent. It’s all vaporware. Words and lot of words but nothing to show for. Just a couple of google search results will show that. There is always the talk of doing something big but that’s about it.
