Only people who suck up to upper management are rewarded. There is no real HR so there are no checks and balances. Growth opportunities are not clear and people get promoted for what seems like a popularity contest and not merit. Expectations on getting promoted are completely unclear. If you decide to work here get everything anyone promises you in writing as there is no checks and balances and only your managers word. Medical is really expensive. Expected to work over time and looked down upon when you don’t.
