Pros
Fast growth culture Corporation but has more of an SME business feel and culture. There are opportunities to make a real difference but it helps if you enjoy a fast-paced unstructured work environment. Employees are hard working but there is also a friendly and approachable vibe. Flexible working - office 3 days per week ESG & DEI are moving in the right direction, more to do but positive steps are being made. Social events are strong at the company
Cons
Lack of structure - if you like structure the environment may not be for you, although there are opportunities to add more structure and process. More flexibility could be offered, currently 3 days a week in office. Feedback could be better from Management on annual targets and development for staff. Lack of documentation + resources for training staff, typical for a fast-growing business but something to be aware of.
