Pros

This company has the potential to showcase everything that the upper management should be not!

Cons

Staff reviews posted on Feb. 5th (an objective and realistic review) smells like our president; John Stix! Staff reviews on the website addressed serious issues between staff and management, lack of trust, lack of direction, lack of rewards, and a huge amount of favouritism. management replies to these reviews are tailored towards protecting the "John Stix" Brand. comment published by staff were treated with complete lack of concern for employees struggles. in his review published here on Feb. 5th, John Stix talks about himself in the third person language, describing himself as the president who showed compassion in all ways and means. his staff did not receive any compassion to the reviews posted here. the other founders did not show any concern as well. John Stix publishes pictures of himself with stuffed bears, of course with his batman suit, to promote himself as charitable. we wish he is as generous with employees salaries as well.

Pros

I enjoyed building hardware and writing software to match their needs. I enjoyed putting a well functioning computer department together.

Cons

Too much inter-office arguing. Unmotivated employers and employees.

Pros

-Free Gym I was lucky to be in a good team, until that changed other than that not much.

Cons

A few teammates and my manager were the only reason the experience wasn’t completely miserable, and I genuinely miss working with them. HR simply didn’t care enough to actually help when something was wrong. When I reported being disrespected at work, nothing happened. It felt like speaking up didn’t matter at all. Management was barely present in the office, so it often felt like nobody was really steering the ship. The pay was below average compared to the work being done. One of the technical leads had a huge ego, acted like he was above everyone else, and was confidently wrong about things while still talking down to people. The company overall felt disorganized and messy. Things rarely felt structured or well-managed. The work became extremely repetitive and monotonous, and when I mentioned this, nobody really cared to change anything. It felt like employee concerns and feedback just went into a void. The one truly great part of my time there was my manager — she was honestly one of the best managers I’ve ever had.
