Pros
Lots of stuff to learn, one of the better engineering talent I have come across, and most people are very friendly and helpful.
Cons
Management is lacking, transparency is lacking, wrong people are promoted, and people up top don't seem to understand engineering processes. There don't seem to be serious innovation drivers. While it's great at first, it quickly works out on you. Compensation for the engineers is too low for the area and the expectations being out on you. Benefits are so-so, and the fully promised bonus never materialized.
