      The employees work hard and are kind to each other.

      Cons

      Where to start; New management is absolutely horrendous. The new interim CEO has to be one of worst I have ever seen in my 25 year career. Glorified Engineer who got lucky at his last job as CEO. Beyond heartless and clueless. As for Marlin Equity , well they are no better. The CEO and Marlin are perfect match for each other. A couple of bully's on the street corner who think they are all that. I have news for you. You both are pathetic.
