No real merit increases. - no real direction company wide. this company has been revenue negative for the past 10 years i am surprised they are still around. -bonus from 2019 were paid in 2021 and not in full. it was a small percentage. which tells me this company is strapped for funding - no real perks. this is the cheapest company i have worked in my entire career. - insurance benefits are awful so be ready to pay a good percentage of your paycheck on benefits. -
